Job Objective

To monitor stock movement, control inventory, and oversee issuance and addition transactions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor stock movement through issuance and addition transactions, as well as item cards in the warehouse, in order to organize workflow and prevent operational disruptions.

• Conduct monthly inventory counts in cooperation with the Warehouse Keeper, and prepare a report to be submitted to the Department Manager.

• Participate in the monthly reconciliation process in cooperation with the Finance Department to match items and balances.

• Continuously monitor inventory and prepare weekly and monthly reports to clarify the validity and condition of stored products.

• Supervise the overall cleanliness of the warehouses to prevent any breach of biosecurity procedures and instructions.

• Receive all items delivered to the warehouses, inspect them carefully, and store each item in its appropriate location to protect it from damage.

• Enter issuance vouchers into the Alpha system to calculate issued costs.

• Follow up on purchase requests to identify required items that are not available in warehouse stock.

• Comply with ISO 9001:2015 standards and ISO 22000:2018 standards.
